Plain-language summary of how Narra handles your voice, your book, and your data.

What we collect

To make your audiobook we collect: your email address, the voice sample you upload, the book or manuscript you want narrated, and any notes you send us (e.g. pronunciations). Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your voice sample and manuscript for one purpose: producing the audiobook you ordered. Your email is used to deliver it and to contact you about your order. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your voice or manuscript to train models or for anyone else's project.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the product: Stripe (payments), and AI text-to-speech and hosting providers used to generate and deliver your audio. They process your data only to provide their service to us, under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your sample, manuscript, and finished files long enough to deliver your order and handle revisions or support. You can ask us to delete your voice sample and files at any time, and we will.

Your voice, your rights

It's your voice and your book. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to delete it, or withdraw from production before delivery. To do any of these, just email us.
